Stress has been identified as a major cause of many health problems. It is largely psychological rather than physical and is therefore not easy to prevent and remedy. Regardless of its origin, stress drains our physical, emotional and mental energy. This workshop will help you learn how to:
•        Identify the different forms of stress and the effects it has on our well-being
•        Identify the triggers of stress and how and why we react
•        Find and use practical tools to enable positive and empowering inner change
•        Develop your natural ability to reduce and manage stress.
