Silence Day Retreat

If you would like to take time out and retreat into silence, reflecting and meditating in the quiet sacred space of the centre you are welcome to join us.  The day will be facilitated with reflective questions for personal journaling and group meditation. 
Please RSVP as we have limited space and prefer keeping the groups small.
